Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an order with SugarRush Creations and wish to cancel it, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders which are cancelled after the selected product has been created are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Multiple orders after being created are subject to a 50% restocking fee. All orders cancelled after credit card has been processed are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee. Purchaser will also be responsible for any applicable shipping charges, if the gift order has already left our facility.

Substitution Policy

In the event a product becomes unavailable, we at SugarRush Creations reserve the right to substitute any listed item with a similar product of equal or greater value. However, we assure you the overall design and quality of the chosen creation will not be compromised. Please be advised that some chocolate items may have to be substituted during hot summer months, or unseasonal hot weather, for items which are heat tolerant. SugarRush Creations reserves the right to change, amend, cancel or update these policies at any time.
